Score in Bore needs removal. Inspector George.

  Block Distributor bore checked.  

Sonic Tester for checking Cylinder Bores.

Disassemble the block main caps & oil galleys and prepare to check it.

Cleaning the Block and then Into the Magna Flux machine.

Checking the Cylinder Bore sizes.

Checking the Align Bore is Next.

Crankshaft gets checked out

C5AE-6300-C Steel Crankshaft.

Remove the oil galley plugs.

Measure and check alignment.

Magna Flux Crankshaft.

Check the original Radius/fillet areas.

Check the new Camshaft and align it slightly from .004.

Checking the Iron Heads chamber CC size.

Checking the Iron Head Valve Work & Assembled Height.

2X4 Intake Manifold

Checking the Lemans style Rod sets received.

Measuring width at .860 to .865".    and Big End Sizes.

  Doweled Lemans Rod Caps. 

The Rotating assembly gets balanced!
