CC'ing Tom's Shelby Aluminum Heads & Pistons
Pressure Checking Aluminum Heads 10/10/00
One failed with Intake port porosity in casting, note the small arrow in the left image pointing to the port with the problem. This has been weld repaired by Shelby.
The white foam is from the slight porosity in the castings while under pressure with soapy water.

Note the Trans Dapt Locking Header Bolts and the Thick Flange Built into the Headers. Tom will use the SCE Pro-Copper Header Gaskets.
